Jacqueline HarmanJacqui trained at the London Studio Centre with Bridget Espinosa, winning the Tom Merrifield Scholarship. Her West End credits include six years in Cats – playing the roles of White Cat Victoria, Demeter and Swing: Phantom of the Opera (Sydmonton Festival), creating the role of Meg for Andrew Lloyd Webber with Sarah Brightman: Chess, (White Queen): and two years in the original Palladium company of Joseph And The Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat – as Zebulun’s Wife. Jacqui can also be heard on the original cast recording of Joseph. She has appeared in pantomime in the West End, understudying the role of Snow White. Jacqui has appeared on TV shows, including the Olivier Awards, Children in Need, The Children’s Royal Variety Performance and the Des O’Connor Show as well as the Snowman for the National Youth Ballet Christmas Show at the Royal Albert Hall. Locally Jacqui has played the role of Lottie in Mack and Mabel and Nickie in Sweet Charity for Watford Operatic Society. She is a registered RAD ballet teacher and runs her own school, The Jacqueline Harman School of Ballet at four branches in the Watford area. |
